Experimentation#

I unwind by slapping away on my keyboard. Sometimes I even record it, when it seems to be going well. None of these are really full songs that go anywhere, and there’s minimal production going into them - I’m really more interested in just jamming away and learning a bit more about music theory. This is my relaxation hobby, after all.

I make these in bitwig, without too many VST’s. The plug-in I use most often is a recreation of the Korg Triton, the most popular top-end world class synth (in 1999). I enjoy that it has a slightly clunky and retro sound to it.
