Assembling the base model is a quick process, but important. I spend more time than you’d think at this stage - the fundamental shape is important to get right. At this stage you can already start to dial in personality and character.

It’s surprising how fast it can start to come together once you have a solid basis going.

Her throne is made of a lot of simple shapes broken up with a few irregular pieces. Again, you may spend awhile on basic shapes, making sure the character and fundamentals are there. Once you begin sculpting it falls into place quickly.
