Prints On Demand#

I offer 3D prints in resin or plastic for pick-up or local delivery.

SLA (Resin)#

For printing models that need extremely high detail - especially tabletop models. Stereolithography produces models made out of a durable UV cured resin which are pretty close to equivalent to anything bought from a store.

My maximum SLA bed size is 218mm x 122mm x 220mm, at 16k resolution(!). I can print in standard, or high detail resin - for high detail resin, there is a slight tradeoff in fragility in exchange for maximizing detail. Standard resin is tougher, cheaper, and still prints at 4k resolution.

FDM#

For printing object prototypes and practical designs. Fused Deposition Modeling produces models made out of different types of plastic, with different properties.

I typically print in either PLA or PETG. They are both quite sturdy - although PETG is a little bit sturdier. Both are available in a wide range of colors - I can either give you a quote of what I have in stock, or you can make a request for something specific.

My maximum FDM bed size is 300mm x 300mm x 400mm, typically with a 0.4mm nozzle - 0.2mm is available on request for greater detail.

Where to aquire models#

You can find models suitable for printing online, free or on sale, at places like:

  • Thingiverse
  • 3DCults
  • Etsy

If all that you have is an idea, I can make a model for you,, or modify a model you already have. If you want to learn how to make models of your own, I can teach that, too.

NOTE

If what you have in mind is supposed to touch food, such as a cookie cutter or custom bowl, you should be aware that both SLA and FDM are inherently not food safe for technical reasons. Shoot me an email anyway - there are solutions to that, depending on what you need.
